Peace has a bad reputation with me. I am not going to be an advocate for peace. Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy, and John Lennon, were all front and center arguing for peace. It got all of them killed.
It may seem a bit cowardly of me to not want to stand up and make a target of myself, but I can live with that reputation... literally. Think about it this way. How can I continue to do the ambivalent work of the Agnostic Church if I am dead? So you're not going to hear me making grandiose arguments for peace. Besides that, don't most of you already think peace is a good thing?
I am not saying that there aren't things worth dying for, but I hope that I at least get an all-expenses-paid weekend in Sodom and Gomorrah (the Gomorrah side), or Las Vegas, before I actually have to give my life up.
