Drama and Whatnot

Okay, I was totally hooking it up last night.

She said it wasn't a wedding ring, and most people would have mentioned a significant other at this point.

We talked about;

education,

career expectations,

politics,

music,

movies,

how many children she wanted.

I thought I had stumbled onto something good when, all of a sudden, some dude walks into the area and she says, "Oh my God!"

Yep. Turns out he is her boy. She said something to cover the bust out, but I sensed trouble coming. I retreated so they could have enough space to act out their drama.

Doooooplicity in the city!

Looking back on it, I think she was looking to upgrade, but I have downgraded my estimation of her character. I feel bad for the dude. I've been there and done that. Fortunately, I saw the one who wronged me get a monster payback, and I didn't have to lift a finger.

The lesson for today? Reaping and sewing, my dear. Reaping and sewing.
