I want my friends to feel better this year.


Here is a valuable little online tool. If you are a train wreck, it may not help much. You may not even open it. But if you are wondering why your life isn't going better, it may get you on track.

It is a free Computerized Cognitive Behavior Therapy Program. It allows you to be anonymous, and can help you fill your head with positive thoughts.
